We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Project Engineer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

About the Job

  • Responsible for coordination of all engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete a project.
  • Plan projects, establish project criteria, coordinate project reviews, and ensure the proper implementation of project elements.
  • Provide technical input on all major Tenders and service contracts;
  • Review technical/commercial tenders to enhance the quality of tenders submitted to meet clients' specifications and standards.
  • Oversight of all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements, interpret clients’ requirements, identify engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • MBA/MSc (Added Advantage)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar role in the Oil and Gas Industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
  • Technical Bids administration
  • Clear Understanding of the Oil and Gas Operations Processes
  • Excellent Project Management Skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD.
  • Good understanding of terms and conditions and the ability to draft and develop sub-contract documentation
  • Experience supporting bid activities, creating procurement specification and terms and conditions flow down
  • Deep understanding of a wide range of industries, markets, and brands

Salary
Base Pay: N300,000 - N600,000 monthly net, depending on level of experience.
