Job Title: Project Coordinator

Purpose

  • We are looking for a passionate Project Co-Coordinator who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.
  • Project Management responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned projects.
  • Project managers will liaise between customers and sales teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, and expenditures.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Developing project strategies.

Job-Specific Competencies
Functional:

  • Proven Project Management or other relevant experience.
  • Project Management certifications are a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including the executive and C-levels.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural/Electrical Engineering
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • HSE Certification would be plus
  • Experience in Telecom Infrastructure Domain will be a plus

Remuneration
N80,000 - 150,000 salary monthly.
