Job Title: Programme Associate
Location: Lagos

Details

  • Our client is looking to fill the Programme Associate role. The ideal candidate would be tasked with working collaboratively with team and clients to achieve Programme objectives and deliverables, including strategic project planning and communications design and development across Programmatic areas.
  • Supervise the implementation of new Programmes;
  • Ensure adherence to quality Programme implementation; and Develop screening system for Scheduled Programmes.
  • Candidate would also be expected to develop various project concepts & proposals (narrative & budget);

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should possess minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience in a Programme management role in Africa (may include development, business or marketing) with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.
  • He / She should have high capacity for relationship management and coordinating various stakeholders/interests;
  • Ability to navigate a complex political environment, and negotiate and achieve consensus; Strong problem solving skills and analytical capabilities.
  • The ideal should also be willing to work in a startup environment, with a passion to “roll up the sleeves” and dig in.
  • Excellent computer skills required, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is very much needed.
  • The ideal candidate should possess demonstrated success in managing a fast-paced, multi-faceted Programme that requires high levels of collaboration with partners.
