Job Description

  • We are seeking a talented Product Manager with a strong technical background to join our team and lead various projects to successful completion.
  • The Product Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the HR consulting space.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage products from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR consultants, IT professionals, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements and define project deliverables.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and capture best practices.
  • Work closely with the software developers to ensure products are delivered.
  • Utilize project management tools and techniques to monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Proven experience managing projects involving software development, IT infrastructure, or other technical components.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the ICT, consulting, and telecommunications industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or related fields.
