Role Description

• This is a full-time Frontend Engineering Manager role at Oxygen X. The role involves leading and managing a team of frontend engineers, overseeing software development projects, ensuring seamless integration, and providing technical leadership.
• The candidate should have experience in frontend software development frameworks like ReactJS, NextJS, and similar frameworks.
• This is a hybrid role based in Lagos, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of development experience
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
• Experience in integration and system architecture
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in mobile app development is a plus
• Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills
• Software Development and Project Management experience
