About this Role
What will you be doing as the Product Manager (PM)?
- You will champion product development capabilities and agile practices for the products we build. You will partner with cross-functional teams to understand the problems we aspire to solve, challenging assumptions, and testing hypothesis. You will develop user personas and user journeys to create user empathy and understanding within the team.
- You will leverage your understanding of key agile methodologies, lean practices and modern product development best practices. This may come in the form of concept sprints, define hypothesis, creating lo-fidelity tests in client situations, and build the work-plans across product, knowledge and the transformation recipe.
How Will You Create Impact?
- As a PM, you will set the long-term vision and strategy for our products. Build products/ features from ideation to release.
- Execute (and also help develop) our product roadmap by identifying out significant user needs and developing solutions.
Your other responsibilities will include:
- Identifying opportunities that lead to the growth of the product through innovation while still maintaining the fundamental business goals/priorities
- Working autonomously through the backlog while making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficiently
- Contributing to building our product management practice
- Coordinating across complex dependencies to go from idea to successful implementation
- Running beta and pilot programs for early-stage products and features
- Delivering periodic status reports to stakeholders to show correlation performance and return on investment
- Tracking and monitoring your features’ performance and functionality after launch to iterate and improve on them.

Requirements

- Deep understanding of technology and product development lifecycle.
- Have proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to management.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have proven record of shipping features on time and on budget.
- Are agile and focused on solutions.
- Are a strategic thinker and have attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Experience with website development
- Ability to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment
- Project / change management experience implementing new ways of working.
