We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Process Engineer
Location: Umuahia, Abia
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

Supporting routine industrial operations.
Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems.
Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

Minimum of OND in Chemical, Petrochemical, Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering sciences.
At least 5 years relevant work experience.
Candidate must have ability to troubleshoot problems associated with manufacturing processes.
Candidate must be able to evaluate processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Ability to draft process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
Relocation is required for persons living outside Umuahia.
Ability to conduct research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing.
Designing and planning equipment layout.
Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production.
