Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description:
- Overseeing the production process and drawing up a production schedule.
- Responsible for quality maintenance and timely production.
- Develop and maintain a motivated and disciplined production team.
- are met or exceeded.
- Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
- Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices in the pharmaceutical sector
- Work closely with Quality Control Manager, Production Pharmacist Manager
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Ensure coaching and development of resources to meet business objectives.
- Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operation.
Other Key Requirements- Related Pharmaceutical degree
- Minimum of 6 years Experience.

Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description:- Plan, coordinate, and direct quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.
- Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
- Formulate and maintain quality control objectives and coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
- Direct, through intermediate personnel, workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
- Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
- Responsible for defining, implementing and maintaining safety, quality standards and regimes in the facility.
- Managing the QA sub-department with the following as main goals:
- (i) to have a quality management system in place based on ICH Q7 and ISO 9001.
- (ii) to effectively operate the management system by performing audits, trainings, etc. and
- (iii) to effectively operate the CAPA-system, Change Control-system, OOS-system etc.
- Responsible for an adequate quality-organization: trained, motivated staffing and adequate headcount according to plan.
- Formulate and recommend quality policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving the quality department.
- Coordinating of internal audits both in the field of quality as well as in the field of ESH.

Job Title: Production Pharmacist
Location: Lagos
Job Description:- Responsible for carrying out research in the field of medicinal drugs.
- Responsible to find out good and bad effects of a particular drug compound.
- Responsible to oversee the production process of medicines.
- Responsible to check the expiry dates print on the medicines.
- He/She should keep himself updated with technology and new innovations in production equipments.
- He should produce papers and give seminars on his topics of research.
- He should keep an eye on industry trend as far as pharmacy industry is concerned.
- He should be well aware of any new innovation launched by the competition.
- He should do lab work during research, testing and production.
- Should know the entire production process of a drug.
