The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the Premier Chamber of Commerce in Nigeria. It was incorporated in 1950 as a non-profit making organization, Limited by Guarantee under the Companies Act of 1948. The primary objective of the Chamber is to promote, support or oppose legislative or other measures affecting trade, industry, commerce and agriculture as well as representing the opinion of the business community on the above matters in particular, and the economy as a whole.
We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Personal Assistant to the President Location: Lagos
Job Description
  • In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization's leadership
Responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferable male and not older than 35 years.
  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
  • Recieve/ Attend to President's Visitors or Guests
  • Draft response letters and speeches
  • Take record of the President's provisions and stationeries
  • Ensure proper documentation of President's document after treated.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Type, compile and prepare reports for the President
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in any Social Science or Management course
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferable male and not older than 35 years.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Good oral and written communication
