Job Title: Personal Assistant (Male)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Provide administrative and personal support to a high-net-worth individual, executive, or businessman.
  • Manage daily tasks, schedules, and personal affairs with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules.
  • Maintain personal and professional records.
  • Arrange personal and social engagements.
  • Provide concierge services (e.g., shopping, reservations).
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Perform other personal and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or equivalent software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
