Job Title: People and Culture Associate

Location: Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of people and culture initiatives and policies.
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial phone screenings.
  • Assist in coordinating company-wide events and initiatives to promote a positive company culture.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
  • Assist in ad hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Manage employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources / administrative position.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • CIPD certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting.
