We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Accounting Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial
statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy,
completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
- Intense monitoring of Accounts Receivables and Payable
- Daily reconciliation between clients and company accounts
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial
commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or
to provide advice.
- Any other duties to be assigned by the Finance Directorate
Qualification
- At least, a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or an
equivalent professional qualification with three (3) years minimum
relevant work experience.
- Applicant must be between 25 - 45 years of age.
Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Maintenance Engineers are responsible for the continuous running of equipment and machinery.
- They use computerized systems to oversee routine maintenance and organize repairs.
- They are also involved in control and monitoring devices and
occasionally in the manufacture of items that will help in maintenance.
Qualification
- Minimum of OND in Electrical Electronic or related discipline plus 8 years working experience.
Job Title: Hotel Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Overall Management and day to day administration/running of the Hotel
- Supervision of all other departmental heads in the hotel
- Ensures smooth and optimal running of all departments and facilities of the Hotel
- Planning and organizing accommodation, catering and other hotel services;
- Promoting and marketing the business;
- Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure;
- Ensuring security is effective;
- Carrying out inspections of property and services;
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
Qualification
- At least HND/B.S.C in Hotel Management, or in related disciplines, with at least 2 years relevant experience.
- Have a proven and demonstrate cognate experience of at least five (5) years in Hotel Management.
- Possess excellent interpersonal/organizational, and first class, customer relations/service skills.
- Must be computer literate.
Job Title: House Keeping Personnel
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
- Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.
- Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments.
Qualification
- The position require Formal Training and 2 years relevant experience.
