Job Title: Hotel Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description

• Planning and organising accommodation, catering and other hotel services.
• Promoting and marketing the business.
• Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure.
• Maintaining statistical and financial records.
• Setting and achieving sales and profit targets.
• Analyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies

• Bachelors Degree from a reputable institution
• More than 5 years relevant working experience.
• Meticulous, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Making related financial forms and reports based on correct accounting principles and procedures.
• Carrying-out the accounting processes of invoice treatment in accordance with sound accounting practices.
• Processing bank and inter company transactions
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Accounting Plus 3 years working Experience in relevant field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g.ICAN/ACCA/CA/ACA) specialized in auditing and financial analysis is an added advantage.
