Job Title: Operations & Continuous Improvement Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Descriptions

  • Reports to the Operation & Continuous Improvement Manager
  • Developing policies &procedures and ensuring compliance
  • Ensure positive client/colleague relationship
  • Assist departmental improvements.
  • Handle information with parties during feedback sharing and drive enhancements.
  • Improving organizational functionality in alignment with the organizations core objectives
  • Promoting efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures
  • Monitoring adherence to policies and processes throughout the company

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. in Management courses or any Social Science discipline.
  • Experience: 0 - 3 years
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Innovative and creative with good externally orientation
  • Sound business knowledge and self-confidence.
  • Demonstrate good use of Microsoft packages (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in project management
