Experience/Competence
- 5years’ experience as Pumpman on oil tankers (Preferably VLCC experience); STCW Reg All/4 certification;

Job Description
- The Electrical / Instrument Lead will exhibit exemplary safety and managerial leadership in all matters pertaining to electrical and instrumentation maintenance works on and around the vessel.
- He is responsible for ensuring his subordinates are competent to carry out their allotted tasks and confirming and clarifying the status of electrical personnel, (whether UAE, CEP or EQ etc.).
Roles/Responsibilities
- Maintain and adjust the condition of electrical and instrument assets;
- Monitor and assess the performance and condition of electrical and instrument assets;
- Diagnose Faults in electrical and instrument assets;
- Monitor and Maintain Pollution Control Measures;
- Manage and Supervise effectively; Demonstrate competence during Emergency Response Drills end training exercises,
Experience/Competence
- Proven experience and/or qualified to HNC/HND in Instrumentation and/or Electronics, or recognised equivalent;
- 10 years’ experience desired with offshore experience preferred; Supervisory experience of Permit to Work, Mechanical/Electrical Isolation Standards and Risk Assessment;
- Experience and knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems and utilities;
- Experience in Safety and Environmental Management Systems; COMP ex EX Course;
- Preferred courses achieved : HV Protection and HV/LV Switching;
- Medically fit to offshore International standards such as ENG1 or equivalent;
- High standard of analytical, diagnostic, technical and professional knowledge, on pneumatic, electro-hydraulic, and hydraulic control systems; Use standard Management System ‘Office’ package electronic mail system; software and equipment as required.
Job Title: Second Engineer

Job Description
- The Second Engineer is specifically responsible for the maintenance of Engine Room Plant, equipment and systems and also the competence of those under his immediate supervision.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Engine Room Equipment and Systems and Utilities Operation and Maintenance;
- Preparation, Commencement, Shutdown, Isolation and Reinstatement of Engine Room Plant and Systems, including vessel utility systems sourced from ER;
- Manage and supervise effectively, Plan and control use of resources, contribute to control of critical situations and respond to emergencies; Monitor and Maintain Pollution Control Measures; Show competence daring drills and exercises.
Experience/Competence
- STCW Rag. AIII/2, 1ST Engineer (Steam/Motor / combined preferred) Certificate/National equivalent (DCE for Petroleum/Gas as appropriate);
- At least 2 years as 1st Engineer (either on Steam or Motor Vessels): Fuel gas boiler firing experience highly desirable;
- Experience in Safety and Environmental Management Systems;
- Medically fit to offshore International standards such an ENG1 or equivalent Appropriate standard of managerial, technical, and professional knowledge as defined by competences;
- Good familiarity with computerized maintenance recording systems. Practical familiarity with standard ‘Office’ software package; Operation and use of Internet.
