  • Frigoglass Technical Trainee Programme is an intensive 12-month Technical Training in Glass production aimed at developing and mentoring new glass experts.
Criteria
  • First Degree or HND in Engineering (specifically in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering)
  • Minimum of Second Class Division
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Maximum age of 27 years
    Job Title: Power Service Supervisor Location: Agbara, Ogun State Reports to: Technical Services Manager Responsibilities
  • Oversee maintenance of all Power services equipment, generators, turbine, utility & moving equipment
  • Ensure the normal routine maintenance are carried out on equipment as at when due
  • Oversee daily operation of the gas-turbine and generators
  • Ensure uninterrupted supply of compressed dry air for glass making process
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are professionally and safely carried out
Qualifications & Experience

    Job Title: Security Officer Location: Ughelli, Delta State Reports to: Plant HR Manager Responsibilities
  • Develops appropriate security policies and procedures
  • Provides direct security & safety training to the workforce
  • Monitors compliance with the organization's security policies and procedures among employees, contractors, alliances and other third parties and takes corrective action
  • Manages safety & security incident responses & Serves as an internal security consultant to the organization

  • Oversees the operations of the Physical Laboratory
  • Establishes Beta Glass Plc (Guinea Plant) Production/Product Performance and Quality Standards.
  • Confirms the quality of products before they are released to customers
  • Disapproves products found with non-conformities
  • Generates and maintains quality test records
  • Ensures that tests equipment and instruments are provided
  • Provides specifications, test-gauges and samples to guide Forming, Printing, Melting and Cold-End in monitoring products quality
  • Ensures that test equipment and instruments are calibrated in accordance with specified operating practices

    Job Title: Mould Coordinator Location: Agbara, Ogun Reports to: Mould Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Support the mould Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that mould preparation meets production requirements
  • Monitor consumables and mould status report updates
  • Carry out modifications on moulds in accordance with customer's requirement and where necessary, producing drawings reflecting changes
  • Prepare monthly mould status reports and advise management on need to order new replacements

    Job Title: Production Planning and Sales Analyst Location: Iddo, Lagos Reports to: Key Account Manager Responsibilities
  • To develop master production schedule for glass production, detailing production sequence and lead-time in alignment with KAMs & PMs for each month
  • To work on all related reports for production planning , Sales and Inventory outlook used for Material Requirement Planning, Cash flow & Warehouse planning
  • Seasonal (daily, weekly & monthly) review production plan to reflect current and future market demand output
  • Monitor production through daily optimized stock level reports and available Purchase Orders  (POs)
  • Promptly attend to all orders to ensure hitch-free shipments
  • Intimate Key Account Manager, Supply Chain Management & warehouse supervisors on stock and Sales Order (SOD) availability
  • Weekly Projection of sales target in alignment with Key Account Manager to keep all hands on desk to maximize sales

  • Manage the implementation of scheduled printing so as to ensure compliance and uniformity with the agreed time frames, product quality, and efficiency
  • Manage the printing resources (people and equipment) to optimize the printing capacity and improve productivity
  • Coordinate the printing phases (e.g. printing, screen printing, final assembly) and materials provision in order to ensure smooth and appropriate daily operation in terms of capacity and quality
  • Monitor the housekeeping of the facilities in order to ensure quality, increase in efficiency, improve productivity as well as maintain a healthy and safe working environment
