  • As one of our Solution Architects, you will work with a specialized team of highly skilled individuals to develop technology solutions and map business/technical requirements to systems requirements in order to ensure they are in line with client’s architectural plan.
  • You are in charge of implementation and ensuring the security and performance of our software. This is your opportunity to transform service delivery to customers by building the best in class technology in Nigeria’s leading cloud based organisation.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • For the level of this role we will consider at least 5 years’ experience working in one or multiple IT areas; the more years the better.
  • Proven experience in software engineering/ architecture design is also a big plus.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud development.
  • Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
  • Project and resource management skills would be nice to have.
  • In-depth understanding of coding languages (Java, Javascript, python, etc)
  • Good communicator with technical and non-technical people
  Job Title: Software Developer Location: Lagos Job Summary
  • As a software developer, you will be in charge of building software by writing code, modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
  • Also involved in directing system testing and validation procedures, and also working with customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.
Key Role & Responsibilities
  • Test and implement new software programs.
  • Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
  • Design and update software database. This includes, but is not limited to: Software Applications, Web Sites, Data Communication Processes and User Interfaces.
  • Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization
  • Independently install, customize and integrate commercial software packages.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues
  • Work with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing.
  • Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability.
  • Resolve complex technical design issues.
  • Development of technical specifications and plans.
  • Analyse user requirements and convert requirements to design documents.
  • Make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges.
  • Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues.
  • Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate documentation and or reports as requested.
  • Possess up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the industry.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
  • Possess strong problem solving and decision making skills while using good judgment.
  • Multi-task and change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a developer or related field
  • Knowledge of the software science or related degree
Skills and Competencies:
  • Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.
  • Creativity is always a plus.
  • Must be a full stack developer and understand concepts of software engineering.
  • Extensive knowledge of programming languages and the software development life-cycle.
  • Experience working on a variety of software development projects.
Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Lagos Job Summary
  • As a scrum master, you will be our go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work, coordinate and coach our software development team, helping the team continuously make progress on the project by making sure each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members’ progress, and protecting the team from distractions.
Key Role & Responsibilities
  • Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity.
  • Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies.
  • Communicated with main stakeholders.
  • Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals.
  • Monitor schedule and cost performance.
  • Identify key KPIs.
  • Prepare and present reports on the progress and success.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 5+years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in a development team.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Passionate about Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, Lean Startup, eXtreme Programming, SAFe, LeSS, etc.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Demonstrated experience with agile practices, patterns and techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience in agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games etc.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
