Job Description

  • An office assistant is responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the loan company.
  • This may include answering phones, responding to emails, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
  • They must also be able to communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders, and have a strong customer service orientation.
  • Office assistants must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to ensure that office operations run smoothly.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an FSLC qualification with relevant work experience.
