We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Office Admin Assistant Location: Lagos Job type: Full time Job Responsibilities

  • Managing employees data using Microsoft application and HR software.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Filling of documents into employee files .
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Assists in resolving any administrative problem.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Perform data entry and scan documents .
  • Perform other related duties as may be required.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must have minimum of National diploma (ND) in business administration or others.
  • Must be NYSC.
  • Proficiency in the use Excel , word and PowerPoint.
  • Must be female between 20 – 24 years.
  • People oriented and willing to learn.
  • Passion for Admin as a career.
Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year or more in the relevant field.
