We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Nutritionist

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Contract
Contract: To be updated monthly
Period: May 2021 – January 2022 (it can be extended up to December 2023 depending on the performance)

Job Description

• Middle level Staff in charge of Nutrition improvement (+Hygiene, Gender, Family Budget)

Minimum requirements
Education:

• University degree in Nutrition, Health Promotion, Gender or related field. NB) In addition to being familiar with nutrition, having a perspective on diet improvement in agricultural projects and having a perspective of WIA and farmer is also important.

Work Experience:

• More than five years work experience (Experience as Nutritionist, Nurse, Community Health Worker, Teacher or Facilitator in Nutritional Education is highly appreciated)
• At least three years of relevant experience in project implementation in Agricultural or Health sector (work experience in a project of Donors, NGOs, UN agencies is highly appreciated)

Computer Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Communication and collaboration tools (Email, Zoom)
• Searching information on the Internet
• Knowledge of Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing tool is highly appreciated but not mandatory

Language:

• Fluently in English and Hausa

Salary
