Job Title: Human Resources OfficerLocations: Abuja
Reporting to: Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities- Compile and keep personnel records and recording data for each employee
- Search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons; answer questions regarding benefits, employee health insurance, etc
- Process, ‘verify and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations and leaves of absence
- Request information from law enforcement officials, previous employers and other references to determine applicants’ employment acceptability
Qualifications and Requirements - B.Sc degree in any of the Arts and Social Sciences
- At least 2 years’ experience in a related position in an NGO

Job Title: Nurse Aid/ReceptionistLocation: Karu, Abuja
Reporting to: Centre Coordinator
Responsibilities - Encourage a commitment to accommodating clients’ special needs such as flexibility of working hours.
- Monitor monthly strict privacy and confidentiality to generate dam-arid for MSION services.
- Monitor monthly client numbers and income generated and in collaboration with the centre teams make appropriate recommendations to meet income to cost targets.
- Man and manage the front desk at the centre to promote and maintain a welcoming, friendly, professional and efficient atmosphere for all clients in tile centre to ensure client satisfaction at all times.
- Assist to provide counselling on core MSION Clinical services at the centre.
- Keep record in the centre using the approved formats to ensure tidy medical records and registers
Qualification and Requirements- Must have at least an OND or certificate or higher.
- At least 1-year post-graduation experience working in similar role
- Experience of working in a clinical environment and/or an INGO
- Outstanding computer skills (Microsoft Word, excel, power point).
- Experience in interacting on the social media and excellent dent interaction skills
Job Title: Clinical & Training OfficerLocation: Ogun, Benue, Kano, Cross River, Bauchi and Sokoto
Reporting to: Regional Manager
Responsibilities - Implement MSION Clinical, Social Franchising and Outreach policies, procedures, guidelines and manuals;
- Ensure the availability of documentation, reporting, referral formats, guidelines, manuals arid job aids used by franchised clinics in adequate quantity and track referral linkages of service utilization;
- Facilitate, follow up and support referral and reporting of incidents related to MSION services:
- Support franchised clinics in clinical documentation, record keeping and ensures timely submission of reports.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly franchisees performance reports on training and quality assessment activities of SF operation in assigned states:
Qualification and Requirements - Diploma or degree in clinical nursing or midwifery
- 3-5years’ experience in FP service delivery; designing, managing clinical trainings in resource poor settings.
- Experience of DfiD, USAID. Gates funded projects. Including working in a diverse team environment preferred
- Familiarity with the different cultural, social and religious identities in Nigeria, international health, development issues and the international donor community
- Experience of working with private healthcare sector operators is desirable;
- Willingness to frequently travel to project implementation sites;
Job Title: Community Mobilization & Marketing Officer (CMMO)Location: Benue, Lagos, Kano
Reporting to: Regional Manager
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement a nix of strategies that would ensure the promotion/marketing of MSION’s services mix are effective in creating a positive image of MSION and in increasing client numbers
- Track and report impact of marketing initiatives based on client feedback on service uptake
- Document best practices of the community mobilization activities and organize shared learning’s within MSION for better performance and achievements
- Establish a referral linkage and tracking system between communities and Blue Star Franchisees.
Qualification and Requirements - Degree in Development Studies. Public Health Nurse, Communication related field, Marketing or relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years demonstrated Technical expertise in the area of social marketing, reproductive health, maternal, HIV and/or child health preferred
- Experience of DfiD, USAID, Gates funded projects, including working in a diverse team environment preferred
- Ability to work effectively in partnership with a variety of audiences and organizations especially CBOs
- Practical experience and willingness to travel to low-income and/or rural community mobilization.
- Experience in managing volunteers, including recruitment, training and support.
Job Title: Regional ManagerLocation: Lagos, Kano
Reporting to: Operations Director
Overall ResponsibilityWorking with and reporting to the MSION’s Operations Director, Regional Manager (PM) is mainly responsible for overseeing the coordination of planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of selected suites of MSION’s activities in 2-5 states of assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordination of MSIONs BlueStar, Outreach and TCM Programme Activities in the implementation and achievement of project targets and support including monitoring targets, budgetary management arid performance within region
- Ensure equitable distribution of resources according to the work plans and resource needs of alt MSION’s BlueStar and TCM programme staff and partners
- Provide leadership in the development of regional activity plans based on programme outputs.
- Facilitate cross synergy of all related MSION programmes including sales and distribution activities in the states where MSION projects are domiciled.
- Advocacy and External Relations Lead in the collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, including Government, other Implementing Partners, and internal stakeholders within MSION to achieve protect arid organisational deliverables.
- Act as the focal person for MSION at the regional level including representing MSION at high level meeting/platforms where necessary
Qualifications and Requirements- First degree or equivalent in health/biological sciences, Arts, social sciences, pharmacy or communication artor relevant field or equivalent experience
- Must have a minimum of 5 years cognate experience, possession of Master’s degree is an added advantage
- Must possess excellent planning and organizational skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and MUST possess a high level of integrity and responsibilit
- Must have prior practical experience in management of DfID, USAID, Gates funded projects, including working in a diverse team environment
- Must be computer literate and be at ease with report writing.
