Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Onitsha-Anambra / Asaba-Delta
Job Description
- Meet or exceed sales targets (Sales Growth/market share growth) within agreed budgets and timescales.
- To present and sell pharmaceutical products to organizations, businesses or government agencies.
- To contact potential buyers, present pharmaceutical products, answer questions and discuss pricing.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector;
- Staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
- Promote defined products according to campaign briefs and policies.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a B.Sc in Biological Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry or Science related course.
- Professional qualification in Marketing will be added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in Pharmaceutical sector.
- Below 30 years

Job Title: Executive Driver
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- To be responsible for conveying products, equipment, and staff of the organization to the areas where they are required.
- Promptly communicate to supervisors about any major repairs and maintenances on vehicles.
- To perform vehicle inspection before and after each trip.
- To provide timely and promptly driving services to respective staff and/or goods for supply within the territory.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure timely conveyance of staff and materials to and fro places within the assigned destination as instructed by supervisor or the manager.
- Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are in sound condition.
- Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance.
- Loading and unloading products into vehicle for transaction purpose.
- Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tyres, etc.
- Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle.
- Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours.
- Adhere to company operating policies and procedures.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Head of Driver department.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Driving.
- A Valid Driver’s license.
- Young and energetic man.

Job Title: Internal Auditor
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
- Prepare, analyze, and verify annual reports, financial statements, and other records/stocks, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures to assess financial condition and facilitate financial planning.
- Overseeing the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual review of audit report plans.
Core Responsibilities
- Review data about material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenditures.
- Supervise auditing of establishments and determine scope of investigation required.
- Report to Head of Audit about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities.
- Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans.
- Obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc.
Other Duties:
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process.
- Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement.
- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
- Maintain open communication with management and audit committee.
- Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.
- Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions.
- Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
Qualifications
- A minimum of HND / B.Sc Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related Social Sciences. (Good Knowledge of Accounting Software i.e SAGE will be most preferable).
- Professional Qualification in Audit will be added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a reputable organization.
Skill Requirements:
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
- Self-motivation, determination and confidence.
- A keen interest in the financial system
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software (SAGE) and databases.
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.

Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Maintain and record financial transactions at business unit level.
- Managing the portfolio of the respective Sales accrued account holder.
- Oversee the assigned business unit financial resources so as to ensure efficient and effective functioning of its operations.
- Preparation of supplier reconciliation.
- Review the company’s accounting policies, from time to time, to ascertain their suitability to a dynamic business environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Record and maintain supporting documentation for all financial transactions at business unit level /undertaking level
- Ensure proper documentation of invoices and purchase order for the respective financial transaction.
- Post sub-ledger entries and reconcile entries into general ledger.
- Assessing correctness of claim, review computation of stocks/goods amount and make necessary adjustments.
- Prepare monthly revenue report based on list of stock distribution to customers/client.
- Monitor company’s various cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure proper documents/bills are submitted to accounts department for timely preparation of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
- Ensure that all inflows – cash receipts and collections from clients/ debtors are banked and variances if any, are reported appropriately and immediately, ensuring preparation of daily banking report.
- Responsible for the input of financial transactions into the company’s accounting software.
- Execute other duties as may be required by immediate manager and other members of the management.
Qualifications
- A minimum of HND / B.Sc in Accounting.
- Well conversant with ERP, SAGE Software is a PLUS and other Office application.
- Relevant Professional qualification will be added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a reputable organization.
