Job Responsibilites
- Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Supervisor.
- Shadowing senior staff members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible.
- Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate.
- Conducting research and traveling to sites (where necessary).
- Observing health and safety regulations at all times.
- Participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives.
- Analyzing data and writing reports according to specifications.
- Taking notes and sharing your findings with your Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.
- Establishing professional relationships with staff.
- Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence.
Education and / or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience.
- A keen eye on all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements

- Identify engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented
- Evaluate, organize and prioritize workload within a schedule
- Liaise with third party contractors to ensure all equipment is fit for purpose

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities with the IOCs, Oil & Gas government agencies and other companies and ensure inclusion of PPNL for ITT and follow up till contract award
- Responsible for driving the company’s marketing activities namely developing new business ideas and generating sales of products and services, market and marketing strategies, product delivery, and ensuring good customer service
- Develop weekly marketing plan for approval
- Strategic business analysis, analyzing market trends, keeping an eye on competitions and coming up with new ways to stay ahead in business
- Come up with marketing strategy, research to determine customer's requirements and prospects and customers' satisfaction
- Act as company liaison with clients
- Identify OEMs for new opportunities for which PPNL has no partnership
- Participate in conferences and exhibitions
- Must be willing to travel as short notice as the job demands
- Assist in expediting invoices and claims for payment from clients
- Generate reports that shows trends, and impacts to aid effective business decisions
- Provide weekly update on opportunities
- Reports to the General Manager on a weekly basis on the status of all activities in the department

Job Title: Subsea Engineer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Duties and Responsibilities
- Designing, costing and testing components and fittings using computer aided design (CAD) software and 3D modelling.
- Building a small-scale model of a component, simulating the conditions it will have to withstand, observing its performance and analyzing the results.
- Planning appropriate improvements to the design of the component, applying them and testing it all over again.
- Carrying out full scale testing of the finished component, ensuring it meets all operations and health and safety requirements.
- Providing technical and engineering support to offshore teams.
- Producing budget and plans for projects.
- Writing evaluations of project progress, success and any issues.
- Spending some time offshore to liase with suppliers, manufacturers and other engineers.
- Working closely with Subsea Execution Contractor in all aspects of intervention preparation, including coordination of operation reviews and risks assessment and delivery of engineering procedures and equipment.
- Identifying and adopting new technologies to improve business results.
- Mentor and aid in the development of Organizational capability in the area of interventions and IRM.
- Have a strong safety, execution and cost focus as well as contractor management.
- Be involved in all aspects of underwater interventions and marine integrity projects.
- Adhere to company work processes, procedures and reviews and abide by regulations relevant to diving and intervention operations.
- Technical responsibility for mechanical ROV and intervention content of tenders and projects.
- Mechanical Engineering design and development for remote systems and intervention tooling
- Preparation of tender specifications and costs
- Preparation of design specifications.

- Preparation and checking of manuals and procedures
- Preparation and checking of design calculations.
- Manufacture, testing and commissioning support.

- Ensure continuity of lessons learned for ongoing and future projects
- The inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM)of CUE subsea assets using underwater intervention techniques (divers and ROVs).
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on activities.
- Carry out any other assignment as may be directed by Top Management.
