Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Ikoyi - Lagos

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree / HND in Arts or Social Science.
  • Minimum 3 years Human Resources experience.
  • Young, smart, dynamic and agile candidate with ability to multitask without supervision and under pressure.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.

 

 

 

Job Title: Location Manager

Location: Ikoyi - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
  • Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
  • Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
  • Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
  • Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
  • Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
  • Review reports on incidents and breaches
  • Investigate and resolve issues
  • Create reports for management on security status
  • Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)

Requirements

  • Proven experience as security manager or similar position
  • Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
  • Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
  • Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Committed and reliable
  • Financial member of any of the Professional Security Organizations.
  • Minimum of First degree in any of the Social Sciences.

Job Title: Security Supervisor

Location: Ikoyi - Lagos

Job Description

  • Duties involved with this job include monitoring security equipment, supervising other security staff, like the security guards, assembling, documenting abnormal occurrences on a job site, and training of security teams.

Duties
Here is a list of common duties/tasks, and responsibilities contained in the job description of a security supervisor:

  • Write and submit security reports
  • Provide security
  • Maintain law and order in area of jurisdiction
  • Monitor staff by patrolling with them
  • Assign work areas for officers to patrol
  • Protect the people and property
  • Conduct routine patrols with team
  • Look out for suspicious persons, vandalism or hazards
  • Respond to alarms and distress calls
  • Ensure all security systems, like the burglar alarms and CCTV are working properly

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, NCE, OND qualification
  • At least 3 years work experience.
  • Good communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Must be able to observe situations and make appropriate response
  • Must be able to work with speed
  • Previous experience as a police officer, military police officer or security guard is an added advantage
  • Must have no criminal record.

 

 

 

Job Title: Cleaner

Location: Ikoyi - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms
  • Cooperate with the rest of the staff
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1-10 years work experience.
  • Proven working experience as a cleaner
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Integrity
  • High school degree is an added advantage
