Alpha Mead Group is a Total Real Estate Solutions Company established to provide robust business support services to local and international Real Estate investors or owners with interests in Facilities Management, Real Estate Development and Advisory, Security Systems and Technologies, Training, Healthcare Management and Real Estate Financing Services. We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and analysis of results with observations and recommendations to management on cash flow, profitability, financial position, etc.
  • Preparation and review of the company’s Financial Plan (Budget) and serve as the Secretary to the Budget Committee.
  • Analysis of revenue and expenditure trends and recommendation of appropriate budget levels, to ensure expenditure control.
  • Recommend, implement and maintain a computerized data base for the company system of accounting.
  • Administration of the company’s tax payment system, including the compilation and remittance of Staff PAYE tax deducted, Staff pension contribution, VAT collected and withholding tax deducted 6. Interact with tax and other regulatory/statutory authority.
  • Interact with the internal and external auditors and maintain relationship with the company’s bankers.
  • Running a large number of tests on company data. Performs deep data analysis to complete a wide variety of mathematical solutions for potential pricing model changes, new business models, and more.
  • Do market research. and research the costs of fellow competitors.
  • Creating Cost Reduction Plans and Reports and provide suggestions for moneysaving strategies, documenting findings in written plans.
  • Liaise between the accounting department, customers, project engineers, managers, and whoever else might be involved in the finances.
Requirements
  • Academic: First degree or equivalent plus any of the following ACA, ACCA, CFA, MBA
  • Work Experience: At least 5 years in related areas
Other Requirements:
  • Strong Analytical skills, High proficiency in MS Excel and above average use of others MS office application, Good reporting writing and presentation skills, Give brief justification for the need to engage the requested staff at this time:
