  • Human Resources (HR) Officer will be responsible for proficiently managing and administering services in all of the major HR functional areas (employment, salary administration, employee relations, benefits and job descriptions).
Qualifications
  • University degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in HR administration and recruitment and hiring.
  • Possess strong working knowledge of and experience in local labor and employment laws and legal resources in Nigeria.
  • Experience with USAID projects preferred.
    Job Title: Grants Manager Location: Nationwide Job Description
  • RTI International is currently seeking technical, financial, and operations specialists for an anticipated USAID-funded water and sanitation activity in Nigeria which will aim to strengthen urban water service delivery.
  • Grants Manager will be responsible for proficiently managing and administering a sizable and complex array of grants, many with local organizations unaccustomed to the complexities of administering USG funds.
Qualifications
  • University degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in in international business and grants management, with experience in USAID grants management preferred (grants under contract).

Responsibilities
  • Finance Manager will manage administrative, financial, and procurement processes including compliance with USG rules and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Degree (Advanced Degree preferred) in Business Administration, Accounting or other relevant field, or equivalent experience and certifications
  • A minimum of 9 years experience in administrative and financial management of international development assistance programs; developing and managing budgets; overseeing cross-functional teams.
    Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager Location: Nationwide Job Description
  • RTI International is currently seeking technical, financial, and operations specialists for an anticipated USAID-funded water and sanitation activity in Nigeria which will aim to strengthen urban water service delivery.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager: Responsible for leading and managing the monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) activities for the project.
  • S/he will establish systems for gathering, reporting and analyzing performance data for impact and sustainability of project implementation.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social science, international development, or a relevant field, with 9 years of experience in international development program design and implementation.
  • 6 years’ experience in program M&E. Experience in knowledge management and communications. Knowledge of USAID’s Collaboration, Learning and Adaptation (CLA) approach preferred
    Job Title: Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) Location: Nationwide Responsibilities
  • Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP): will complement the strengths and responsibilities of the COP.
  • Responsible for supporting/managing all technical, operational and management aspects of the project.
  • Oversee project operations, financial management, monitoring and evaluation, communications, and information technology support.
  • Provide oversight to budgets, grants, operational plans, reporting, and procedural and financial compliance.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Business Administration, Finance or related field and with at least 10 years managing aspects of governance, public financial management, accountability, and/or water service delivery programs.
  • S/he must have significant contract and grants management experience; and the ability to participate in all representation and technical meetings with senior-level stakeholders.

Qualifications
