Midwestern Oil and Gas Company Limited, operator of the Umusadege Field in OML 56, Delta State, on behalf of itself and it’s JV partner Suntrust Oil is offering a number of Scholarship Awards to suitably qualified Nigerian students for its 2014/2015 Scholarship Scheme.


2014/2015 JV Secondary School/University Scholarship Award Scheme

The Scholarship Scheme is aimed at promoting academic excellence and improve the skill-base among youths of our Host Communities and Delta State in general.

Award Category

• Secondary School Merit and Community Award - For Host Communities only
• University Merit and Community Award - Fot host Communities only
• University Merit Award - For Delta State Indigens only

• Open to JSS I & JSS 2 Students only
• Admission letter to Secondary School in Nigeria
• Result in the last 2 years in Primary School.
• Valid email address

• Identification letter signed by Ward Counsellor or CACC ( Community Accredited Contact-men Committee)
• Current Passport Photograph

• Scholarship is open to 100 & 200 level students at the time of application
• University Admission letter from an accredited/approved University in Nigeria.
• Minimum of 5 Credits in SSCE or GCE including Maths & English in one sitting
• Current University ID Card
• Valid email address

• Identification letter signed by Ward Counsellor or CACC ( Community Accredited Contact-men Committee)

• Scholarship is open to 200 level students who must have 3.5 and above Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) in his/her first year in the University
