Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components for construction projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and analyze project requirements to determine mechanical specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other engineering teams to develop project timelines and execution plans.
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Prepare technical documents, reports, and presentations to communicate project progress and engineering outcomes.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices throughout all engineering processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and safety practices in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials science, and engineering principles.
