Job Overview
- We are in search of a Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in elevating our company's brand and maximizing our online presence through targeted advertising campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives.
Position Summary
- As a Marketing Manager at Systemdigits Ltd., you will be at the helm of our marketing department, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and services.
- You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
- This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical skills to optimize campaigns and measure their success against our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and potentially additional channels.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is preferred.
- 3+ years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with expertise in creating and managing Facebook ads, Google ads, LinkedIn ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in using email marketing software to generate leads and maintain customer engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
- Ability to reach and surpass marketing goals set by the company.
- Ability to work remotely and effectively manage a team in a virtual environment.
- Exceptional ability to multi-task and engage potential customers through various marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
