Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our business bank. As a Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of driving our marketing initiatives focusing on three portfolios (not limited to): business banking, business loans, and asset finance.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract and retain business customers, and drive revenue generation across these portfolios.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the financial services industry and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for portfolios to achieve business goals, including customer acquisition, lead generation, cross-selling, and revenue growth.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, market trends, and customer insights. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and alignment with the Payhippo’s values and mission across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
- Content Development: Create and oversee the development of high-quality, engaging content tailored to the target audience, including articles, whitepapers, webinars, and videos.
- Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising, to generate leads and increase online presence.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals within budget constraints.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance standards specific to the financial services industry.
- Product Launches: Collaborate with product teams to plan and execute successful product launches, including developing marketing collateral, pricing strategies, and sales enablement tools.
- Campaign Management: Lead marketing campaigns to promote products and services, track and analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed for maximum ROI.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and nurture customer relationships through effective communication and engagement strategies, including customer feedback mechanisms.
- Event Planning: Identify and evaluate event opportunities, venues, and partnerships to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing roles within the financial services industry, with a strong background in business banking, business loans, and asset finance.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in the financial sector.
