Maintenance Officer at Rotawn Energy & Logistics Services Limited


Rotawn Energy & Logistics specializes and has the requisite expertise and experience in the provision of offshore support vessels services, maritime security services, Ship to Ship (STS) berthing/transfer operations, SBM, and all forms of mooring activities and is poised to take on the challenge of delivering a wide range of maritime services to the oil industry in the entire Gulf of Guinea, in conjunction with our foreign technical partners.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Maintenance Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Inspect Facilities Regularly: Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues or necessary repairs.
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and efficient operation of equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure Compliance with Safety Regulations: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency maintenance situations promptly and effectively to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Energy Management: Implement energy-saving measures and manage energy consumption to reduce costs.
  • Training Staff: Provide training to maintenance staff on safety procedures, equipment operation, and maintenance best practices.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify potential risks and hazards in the workplace and implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Manage Maintenance Budget: Monitor and control the maintenance budget, ensuring that spending is within allocated limits.
  • Coordinate with External Contractors: Hire and supervise external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks and major repairs.
  • Order and Manage Supplies: Purchase and manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Develop Maintenance Policies: Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Repair and Replace Equipment: Fix or replace defective or outdated equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Manage Maintenance Requests: Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants promptly and effectively.
  • Supervise Maintenance Staff: Oversee the work of maintenance technicians and other staff, ensuring that tasks are completed correctly and safely.
  • Maintain Maintenance Records: Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and repair logs.

Salary
N75,000 Monthly.
