We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Field Support Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair faulty POS
  • Provide field and remote support to the merchants.
  • Gives weekly report of all merchants visited
  • Hardware and Software installation, configuration, and training on POS functionality.
  • Visit the merchant locations in Lagos or other country regions.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all complaints and issues related to the merchant's POS system, along with their resolutions.

Qualifications

  • A recent graduate with 1 year work experience in the field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good Relationship skills and emotional intelligence skills
  • Must be a skilled motorcycle rider.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of the roadways in Lagos is essential.
  • He must be smart and be self-driven and able to take initiative
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
