We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsiblites

• Design and implement mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment on need basis
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed mechanical systems and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, technicians, and production staff, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
• Implement new technologies and methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and submit regular maintenance reports to the Head of Operations
• Developing repair and maintenance plans, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition
• Lead and coordinate with the maintenance team for any ongoing, breakdown, or shutdown jobs.

Qualification & Skills

• B.Sc / HND Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-7 years Proven working experience in mechanical engineering
• Ability to develop basic technical design and developmental problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective, professional relationships, and communicate effectively
• Creativity and Analytical skills
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manne
