Job Title: Lounge Supervisor

Location: Ozuoba, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Recruiting, training, and supervising Loungestaff.
• Preparing weekly work schedules for staff and finding suitable replacements in cases of staff absence.
• Taking inventory of coffee supplies and ordering new stock as needed.
• Resolving customer complaints regarding servicequality and customer service.
• Suggesting new menu items based on customers' preferences and feedback.
• Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers.
• Ensuring that all Lounge expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease operational costs.
• Receiving delivered Lounge supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess OND, HND or B.Sc qualification with minimum of 3years work experience.
