DCSL Corporate Services Limited is a private limited liability company that provides company secretarial, governance, immigration and training services to diverse governmental, corporate and individual clients across several business sectors in Nigeria. We operate from our Head Office in Lagos, with operational branches in Abuja and Port Harcourt.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate, construction, project management, architectural designs, valuation reports, and other services provided by the firm.
• Handle disputes arising from real estate transactions, valuation assessments, or development projects.
• Assist in the preparation and legal vetting of project documents, including architectural designs, tender documents, contracts with contractors, and valuation reports.
• Prepare lease agreements, partnership agreements, and other legal documents required for the firm’s operations.
• Advise on issues related to land tenure, title deeds, property transfer, and land use permits.

Requirements

• LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized University.
• Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL)
• Minimum of 5 years working experience
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian property law, construction law and contract law.
