We are recruiting to fill the position below: n   Job Title: Lecturer, Leadership Studies Program Location: Ekiti Department: Leadership Studies Responsibility

• Deliver interdisciplinary, specialist and role based leadership courses that prepares and supports students in multiple contexts.

Minimum Qualification

• Candidates for this position should have higher education or doctorate degree in leadership studies or professional qualification with emphasis on leadership development.

Requirements:

• We seek an individual who can contribute to our emphasis on leadership, accountability, social justice and student success.
• The ideal candidate will also demonstrate commitment and ability in creating and fostering a student-centered learning environment as well as knowledge in curriculum development.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering leadership courses to students and professionals.
• Experience teaching and impacting knowledge on undergraduates, graduates and matured students.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
