Job Title: Spa Accountant Locations: Enugu & Onitsha-Anambra Job Description
  • Prepare, record, and process accounts payable and cash disbursement, and accounts receivable and cash receipts.
  • Prepare allocation tables for indirect expenses and revenue items as needed.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare and process payroll and deductions schedules.
  • Assist in the posting of accounts to the general ledger for: accounts receivable, cash receipts, accounts payable, cash disbursements and payroll.
  • Review open invoice reports and follow up with a schedule of payments or adjustments.
  • Maintain required records, reports, and files in an organized manner.
  • Perform other related duties as directed or as the situation dictates.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of B.Sc in Business Administration, Accounting and other related discipline.
  • Any relevant certificate would be an advantage
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Knowledge of office procedures.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience, especially in the hospitality industry

  • Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the Spa’s operation.
  • Gather information and remain fully informed of local and international trends in Spa operations.
  • Perform a regular inventory of Spa par levels for retail and operational stocks.
  • Raise store requisitions of all retail and operational items as and when required.
  • Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy with management experience, Business Administration or  Degree / Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 year’s experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury hotel or a well established SPA brand. Alternatively, in the hospitality industry.
