  • We are looking for an App Developer to maintain, support and improve the DRO Health mobile apps.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring application stability, directly working with the CTO & development teams to rapidly respond & resolve system incidents and user queries, as well as contribute to the development of minor and major features for the DRO Health apps.
Key Responsibilities
  • Fixing bugs when they arise (because there will always be bugs)
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the iOS and Android apps
  • Identifying, reviewing and assessing client feedback
  • Assisting with user acceptance of applications enhancements
  • Planning for business continuity & disaster recovery
  • Identifying, designing and implementing proactive patterns that prevent system problems
  • Technical support and maintenance of the DRO Health mobile apps
  • Providing regular updates to key stakeholders at all levels, establishing strong relationships across the organization
  • Frequently logging all changes, improvements and fixes on Trello
Experience and Skills Required
  • MUST be able to code in Java and Swift
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree (min 2.1) in an IT related degree
  • Must be able to use Git
  • Should be no more than 5 years post-NYSC
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Should be energetic, sociable, and vibrant
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage expectations
  • Be able to clearly explain issues to others
  • Be able to work both independently and within a team
  • Knowledge and experience with Apple Developer platform and Google Play Console
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Recognizes the power in saying ‘I don’t know’
  • Must be able to work remotely

  • We are currently looking for a young, talented and assertive Business Development Associate to identify new partnerships and grow existing partnerships.
  • You would have a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and implement viable solutions where needed.
Key responsibilities
  • Manage relationships and interactions with current and potential clients.
  • Develop profitable client portfolio to include new clients and partnering institutions.
  • Manage relationships with partnering institutions to ensure a high-quality standard for our individual and corporate clients.
  • Manage corporate clients’ accounts.
  • Manage the logistics in the effective delivery of services provided by DRO Health Inc.
  • Producing weekly and monthly review plans on client acquisitions, targets, and retention.
  • Frequently logging and updating all BDA related information on Trello (project management site)
Experience and Skills Required
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree (min 2.1) in either business management or allied health sciences.
  • Should be no more than 5 years post-NYSC.
  • Should be energetic, sociable, and vibrant.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of market trends and how to use them as an advantage.
  • Strong networking and communication skills.
  • Should be able to demonstrate strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Though an experience in the health sector is a plus, a lack of healthcare experience will not count negatively on the applicant.
