Job Title: Clients Relationship Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- To bring in new business strategies that can be implemented and support the Business Manager to implement process
Job Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
- Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients
- Letting customers know about other products the company offers
- Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
- Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Business Manager
- Working closely with Business Managers and Sales Consultants
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
- Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues
- Noting potential clients and ability to convert them to leads and following up on progress
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled
Qualifications
- B.Sc/HND in any discipline with 1-2years work experience
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Must have worked in a travel company before
- Must be able to sell tour packages and travel products
- Must be living within Ikeja
Background Experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
- Previous sales experience and an organised approach to work
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships
- Previous experience in Travel and Tourism Company.
Job Title: Sales Support Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- To support the Client Relationship Manager to generate Sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
- Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
- Escalate customers issues to Client Relationship Manager if unable to manage it properly.
- Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format
- Follows up with prospective customers
- Ability t undergo regular product training to know what to sell and how to sell
- Provides any necessary data or reports to the Client Relationship Manager
- Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
- Updates all contact information for clients
- Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
Qualifications
- IT student from a reputable Polytechnic
- Youth Corper
- Must be available to work 8am - 5pm daily except on CDs days
- Must live around Ikeja
- Must have ability to pay attention to details
- Must have intention to work in a travel company
