We currently operate out of five locations spread across the Western and Eastern regions of Nigeria providing logistics services to stakeholders in the oil and gas, mining and construction, FMCG and Agricultural sector.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Fleet Manager

Location: Ogun

Description

  • Management and maintenance of fleet, comprising of Tankers, Flat beds and Tautliners.
  • Recommend and Implement policies that will effectively address the systemic gaps, leakages identified during repairs and maintenance period.
  • Act as primary contact with fleet and road transport regulatory bodies as well as fleet insurers.
  • Manage the process of driver hours, accident reporting, vehicle maintenance and servicing.
  • Ensure all vehicle accidents are accurately recorded and investigated with claim forms submitted to the respective parties.
  • Ensure maximum availability of fleet for operational teams.
  • Acts as fleet adviser for Operations Managers (Dry Freight and Fuel & Chemicals).
  • Responsible for maintenance of the fleet database and ensuring its accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive preventive adherence program for the company’s fleet.

Requirement/ Qualification

  • BSC / HND in Mechanical Engineering or any related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a logistics company with the last three years in a managerial role
  • Membership of a recognized professional body.

Job Title: Fleet Officer

Locations: Cross River and Ogun

Description

  • Report on daily Truck entry and exit as well as tractor report with respect to trailer matching and its sustainability.
  • Responsible for real-time data gathering, proactive communication and on time escalation to the business where asset owners become non-responsive on matters of unavailable accessories, documents, and fuel.
  • Check all repair carried out to ensure completeness. This includes physical inspections and road tests before vehicle is turned back to user departments.
  • Maintain a complete inventory system, recording all maintenance equipment: gasoline, repair parts, supplies, etc.
  • Monitors user units (DFG and F&C) by analysis of vehicle and equipment utilization and evaluation of equipment specifications.
  • Ensure trucks are fit to load upon repairs and maintenance by the workshop team.
  • Deliver in line with agreed service level agreement with the internal customers.

Requirement / Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering, or any other related field of study.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role.

Job Title: Logistics Co-Ordinator

Location: Ijebu Ode, Ogun

Description

  • Maximizing revenue by ensuring trip targets are achieved.
  • Disbursement of loading fees and trip allowance to drivers.
  • Collating and processing Driver waybills for invoicing.
  • Compilation of daily expense reports from all depots.
  • Coordinate the inspection of truck calibration charts on a monthly basis and tracking of expiry dates
  • Conduct pre-trip briefing for drivers and ensure journey plan is issued before dispatch of trucks from the loading plant/location.
  • Record and share a journey plan on the trip analysis sheet with stakeholders within the Operations and Journey Management Control Centre.

Requirement / Qualification

  • Minimum of a BSC certification in Transport Management, Supply Chain or any related discipline.
  • 0-2 Years Post NYSC experience.
  • Professional qualification in Transport & Logistics will be an added advantage
