Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location: Ijora, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
• Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Overseeing stock levels and handling requisition,
• Organizing schedules and producing staff rotas
• Keeping customers happy and handling enquiries and complaints
• Keeping track of employees' hours, shortages and excesses
• Ensuring supplies stay within budget limitations

Requirements

• A tertiary degree
• At least 2 years previous restaurant experience
• Prior work as a supervisor
• Preferred candidate must live at Ijora or with close proximity to Ijora.
• Success with customer service and training in food safety
• Financial literacy
• Ability to keep inventory organized
• Availability to work a flexible schedule (e.g., days, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Some marketing background or experience
• Ability to operate POS (point of sale) systems, back-of-house systems and restaurant operating systems

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 (Monthly).

Job Title: Cashier

Locations: Ijora, Abijo - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Pleasant and friendly.
• SSCE / OND holder with outstanding numerical skills.
• 1 year of experience in same or similar role.
• Preferred candidate must live at Ijora or with close proximity to Ijora.
• Customer oriented and ability to think on your feet.
• Empathetic with the ability to keep calm under pressure.
• Must be a resident of these locations or immediate environs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under flexible arrangement.

Salary
N30,000 (Monthly).

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls and other communications.
• Directing visitors to appropriate department.
• Cleaning, organizing and maintaining the office area
• Recording information as needed.
• Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
• Performing general office clerk duties and official errands.
• Coordinating events as necessary.
• Maintaining supply inventory.
• Maintaining office equipment as needed.
• Aiding with client reception as needed.

Requirements

• S.S.C.E / O.N.D holder
• Good communication skills
• Candidates must live within Lekki
• Warm personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.

Salary
NGN 30,000 Monthly.
