Job Title: Power Plant Operator (Gas Plant)
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- To take care of Operation of the following Equipment's:
- Gas Generator (5.25X2 MW).
- Black Start Engine 1500 KVA (Diesel Engine).
- HSD and Petrol tanks, PNG & CNG Station.
- Pump station & Dispensing unit of Petrol & Diesel
- Charge Air filtration unit, Radiators.
- Exhaust system, Ventilation unit.
- Lube oil system of Gas genets.
- To take care of Operation of the following Equipment's:
- Demineralized Water Treatment Plant for Power Plant.
- Makeup water tanks of Hot water line, HT& LT line
- Coordinate with inter & intra dept. for power Supply.
- Ensure uninterrupted power to all the plant equipment's.
- Make modifications and techniques for solving chronic problems and to save the cost of power unit and Gas engine maintenance.
- Spare management during shift operation.
Key Performance Indicators:
- To arrange all the critical/ non critical spares to minimize the breakdown time of Gas engine.
- Maintain spares by making indents, issue slips, RGP's etc.
- Maintain all the log books.
- Maintain all the records like Log book, breakdown record, history card.
- To maintain all the fuel stock like Petrol, Diesel, Natural Gas day to day basis.
- Monitoring all the parameter for keeping them under prescribed limits.
- Environment Health Safety
- Ensure Uninterrupted Power supply of Gas Gensets for all the equipment’s.
- Maintain clean and hygienic working conditions in Power house.
- Use PPE on job.
- Adopt safe and healthy work practices
Requirements
- Diploma / BEng in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institution.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working on a 5 MW Gas Engine in a similar manufacturing environment, preferably in the Process industry.
Job Title: Slitting Operator
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of material in and out of the Slitting Operation
- Input data into the shop floor pc
- Check and validate labels are correct from computer on to the corresponding coils.
- Will be tasked to efficiently operate the slitting machine with minimum downtime, minimum rejection, and maximum production with defect-free quality, and to keep the machine area clean at all times.
- Operate machine to slit continuous lengths of material, such as cardboard, felt, metallic foil, paper, plastic, rubberized sheeting, or textile fabrics, into strips of specified width: Spaces rotary blades on machine shaft, according to the width specified for strips, and turns setscrew to secure blades in position, using allen wrench.
- Mount roll or bolt of material on machine supports and threads material over tension bar, between feed rollers, and under rotary blades.
- Lap ends of slit material around take-up tubes
- Start machine and observes flow of material through machine to detect irregular cutting and winding.
- Move levers to stop, start, and regulate speed of machine and to align material with rotary blades.
- Disengage winding shaft and removes narrow rolls of material.
- Stacks material on shelves according to width of material.
Requirements
- HND degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Primary Slitter Operator in a Manufacturing company
- Experience of operating Primary & Secondary Slitters, specifically for BOPP Film
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Should be familiar with Rip-machine operator, roll-cutting operator, slitter-and-rewinder-machine operator, splitter operator Aluminum-Foil-Spooling-Machine Operator, Straight Cutter, Machine Binding Cutter; Cuff Slitter; Electric-Tape Slitter; Facing Slitter; Paper Slitter; Tape Cutter.

Job Title: Senior Engineer - IT Support
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- To ensure that the company IT Infrastructure is functioning as effectively as possible
- To supervise / participate for the maintenance, upgradation, configuration and reliable operation of computer system, network servers and virtualization
- To coordinate with HR and ensure continues training to new as well as existing staff on IT and applications for efficient use.
- To collaborate with department heads to assess near and long term capacity needs.
- To conduct regular research on network product, technology, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the networking industry.
- To install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers and integrate automation system.
- To troubleshoot network, software and hardware errors by running diagnostics, documenting problem and resolutions, prioritizing problems and assessing impact of issues.
- To ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony equipment, scanners, printers, copy machines, and other network appliances.
- To perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery and failover procedures.
- To ensure timely closure of departmental complaints or issues as faced by other colleagues.
- To work on various running or new projects as and when assigned by FRT/ART.
- To alert FRT / ART for any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken place or that may occur.
- To assure safety resources and standards are used and been followed while doing any job.
- To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.
- To create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, mapping, and hardware installation, updates, purchase & service records.
- To keep record of complaints, inventory, asset movements etc.
- To ensure continuous training in coordination with HR for new as well as existing team on efficient usage of IT resources.
- Safety Health & Environment - Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures across the department in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
- To perform other related duties or assignment as and when assigned.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT / Computer Science (MCSE, CCNA or similar certificates shall be preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 8+ years of troubleshooting experience in Windows Server, Outlook, and MS Office etc.
- Should have working experience in an FMCG company
- Hands-on in maintaining UTM, LAN, WAN, Thin Clients, Domain Network and Printers.
