Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Description

  • Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of engineering activities with business priorities.
  • Provide professional advice and assistance to the Engineering department.
  • Undertake technical and feasibility studies including site investigations to determine whether it is appropriate for project description.
  • Use a range of computer-aided design packages for developing detailed designs.
  • Develop realistic, well thought-out project plans and manage resources to achieve plan goals
  • Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and business requirements, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
  • Manage relationships with key engineering suppliers - capital and revenue expenditure.
  • Work with a team of Engineers, with emphasis upon on-going process improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders as well as external vendors and service providers.
Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Location:
Lagos
Reports to: The CEO and the Governing Board

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with the Chief Executive Officer, to manage the portfolio of the organization and ensure a highly productive day-to-day management of the Organization.
  • Serve as the internal leader of the organization handling all operational activities and processes within the organization.
  • Coordinate the annual operations plan & budget and monitors it full implementation.
  • Provide for all staff a strong day-to-day leadership presence.
  • Source for funds for the organization from Local and International Funding Organizations.
  • Coordinate the overall fund-raising activities of the organization.
  • Establish and maintain a working relationship with the Governing Board of the Organization with respect to operational goals and expectations.
Desired Qualities
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience at mid-level/executive level of management, preferably related to business operations and consulting.
  • Degree in a management related discipline. A masters degree is preferred and a professional qualification is an added advantage.
  • The successful candidate will most likely have had management experience with a for-profit organization.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and experience with helping organizations achieve turn-around improvement in their businesses.
  • Strategic Vision and Agility-ability to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends, and incorporate them into the organizational plan
  • Thorough understanding of finance, systems, and HR; broad experience with the full range of business functions and systems, including strategic development and planning, budgeting, business analysis, finance, information systems, human resources, and marketing

Job Title: Estate Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
  • Implement Real estate development projects and oversee maintenance of all Real estate assets including site recommendation/selection/control, pre-development, securing public/private funding for projects (grants/loans) finance, construction planning and management
  • Conduct quarterly physical property inspections.
  • Plan and direct the purchase, sale, development and maintenance of real estate properties on behalf of the company and her clients.
  • Manage the transaction process end to end from setting site search until the conclusion of lease negotiations and signature.
  • Maintain, update and safeguard all related property portfolio records, metrics, legal agreements, databases and process documentation and assure compliance.
  • Compare a property with similar properties recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
  • Negotiate the sale of, or terminate the lease on, such properties.
Requirements
  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Estate Management or any related field
  • In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate Management and Construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of trends and best practices in the Real Estate industry.
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Enterprising and Commercial Approach to carrying out duties
  • Good appreciation and working knowledge of Microsoft office tools
Job Title: Store Keeper

Location:
Lagos

Responsibilities
  • Inventory management and maintain proper record of products.
  • Ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
  • Exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department.
  • Maintain the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
  • Receive and inspect all products and reconcile them with purchase orders.
Desired Qualities
  • Minimum of OND in any related discipline.
  • Up to 3 years experience in warehouse and storage operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location:
Lagos

Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor and arrange production operatives to achieve optimum utilization and input
  • Ensure clean work environment and strict compliance with NAFDAC's standard manufacturing practices.
  • Monitor the production process and thereby ensure the quality of the final product.
  • Assist in managing for profit by problem solving and finding the best solution to a given problem or situation
  • Focus on effective planning and time management as well as prioritization of tasks
  • Set clear expectations and provide role clarity, be consistent and fair; review progress.
  • Ensure property and associated assets are secure and maintained within seasonal operating budgets.
Desired Qualities
  • HND/B.Sc qualification in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry and other related courses.
  • 2-5 years of experience in yoghurt production and general dairy production. Quality control experiences will an added advantage.

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location:
Lagos

Job Responsibilities
  • Purchase of raw materials and general inventory management
  • Manage the loading and offloading of containers and other cargo
  • Project Management for various projects the company will be involved in
  • Lead a team of Operations Assistants and Supervisors (they will directly report to the job holder) who are responsible for executing given tasks
  • Manage the suppliers and ensure proper quality control
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are duly adhered to
  • Work with the team to ensure the timely delivery of all deliverables
  • Provide detailed operations reports and updates
  • Any other duties which may be reasonably required from time to time and which are commensurate with the post.
Desired Qualities
  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc in related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience preferably in a similar role.
  • Applicant must be proactive - be able to anticipate solutions to problems.
  • Applicant must be solutions driven - resolve issues before or as soon as they occur.
  • Applicant must be a practical project manager and manage resources efficiently.
