Requirements

• The Minimum requirement for positions 1 - 3 is B.Sc. or HND in any discipline with a minimum working experience of 5 years as a Sub, Production, Assistant or Deputy Editor of a national newspaper.
• Our top editorial personnel must be exceptional newsroom managers, possessing outstanding leadership, reportorial and enhanced newspaper production skills.
• You must be a thorough-bred on-the- field and be able to lead a news-hungry team to deliver an outstanding national publication to readers and advertisers.

Requirements

• Reporters & State Correspondents represents the newspaper and cover breaking news and events on their beat or in their state of assignment.
• Excellent and flawless use of the English language is required.
• Aside being a smart, formal dresser at all times, you must possess exceptional style and reportorial language that makes a difference and commands respect.
• You must hold at barest minimum, an OND or its equivalent.
• If you have no experience, be doubly prepared to demonstrate uncommon intelligence and desperation to succeed.

1.) Head, IT / Online Services

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND with extensive on-the-job experience in a publishing environment.
• You must possess excellent social media and programming skills.

2.) Head, Accounts & Payroll

Requirements

• Must be a Chartered Accountant, young and agile with excellent financial planning and reporting skills.
• Possession of negotiating skill is a must.

3.) Head, Internal Audit & Credit Control

Requirements

• Must possess a minimum of 4 years as an experienced chartered Accountant with extensive audit and internal control skills in a newspaper or related environment.

4.) Production Manager (Lagos & Abuja)

Requirements

• To oversee daily production activities and approve print standards.
• You must have requisite experience either as a production editor, manager or assistant manager from a reputable publishing house.
• You must have a high, standard and taste, thoroughly knowledgeable in GOSS Community machine operation.

5.) Production & Print Operators (Lagos & Abuja)

Requirements

• You must have not less than 3 years’ experience in a newspaper environment working on GOSS Community Machines.
• Limited Apprentice positions are available for young people desiring to work as Print- Technicians in Abuja and Lagos.
• Applicants must have at least School Certificate.

6.) Advert Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc. / HND in related discipline with minimum working experience of 5 years. Candidates with less than 5 years’ experience but with exceptional success stories to tell can apply.
• Must possess an extremely creative mind, able to set and achieve uncommon goals.
• You must demonstrate competence and ability to lead a young team to exceptional results in the short and long run, If you are not thinking of self- propelled compensation in the realm of N5 Million per annum, you may not apply.
