Job Title: Assistant Manager, Oil & Gas Business Development

Job Summary

Duties
- To identify opportunities for the growth of our business portfolio with clients.
- Prospect for new clients
- Grow the Oil & Gas / Power business of the company.
- Advise management on strategies that can promote the clientele base of the Company.
- Devise strategies for the generation of business information that can aid the company’s growth plan.
- Bid preparation
- To be abreast of happenings in the insurance industry and the economy in general, with a view of identifying business opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Arts, Law, Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience, out of which 4 years must be in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Ability to generate new client leads and develop new businesses from existing clients.
- Possess vast knowledge of insurance products and marketing skills.
- Must possess moral values that aligns with the Company’s values
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good presentation and analytical skills
- Good supervisory skills.
Job Title: Senior Account Executive, Technical
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

Duties
- Negotiation of rates & terms for new and existing policies.
- Audit of policy documents and endorsements to ensure that the workings of terms and conditions are adequate and prepared according to instructions.

- Remarketing of clients portfolio
- Preparing quotation, placement slips and cover notes for new businesses and renewals.
Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in a reputable Insurance Brokerage Company.
- Associate of CII Nigeria or CII London will be an added advantage.
- Client relationship management skills is desirable.

Job Title: Financial / Management Accountant
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Maintain and Manage the General Ledgers up to Trial balance
- Examining financial records to check for completeness and accuracy
- Ensures all bank reconciliation are done monthly
- Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
- Prepare monthly Unit and Divisional Performance reports
- Tax reporting and Tax Management
- Collecting and analyzing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates
- Analyses accounts and prepares reports e.g. standard costs, budgets, variance analysis and interpretation
- Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
- Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- ICAN / ACCA Membership
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience preferably with the Big 4 or in any recognizedaudit firm
- Must have adequate knowledge of IFRS
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- In-depth understanding of business book keeping procedures
- Commercial and business awareness
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints
- Good oral and written communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
