Job Title: Driver

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
  • Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
  • Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
  • Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
  • Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
  • Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car

Requirements

  • Must have finished law school and be CAC accredited.
  • Compulsory Qualification: BL / LLB and other "additional" qualifications
  • Compulsory Minimum Experience: 3 Years Post-NYSC
  • Compulsory Industry Experience: Legal Practice and others
  • Academic Grade: First class or second class upper
  • Compulsory Legal Skills: Contract / agreement, Litigation and others
  • Compulsory Communication Skills:excellent writing, speaking and presentation ability
  • Compulsory Administrative skills:documentation, filing, information management
  • Compulsory Secretariat skills:Meeting minutes, memos, record keeping, calendar management, stakeholders engagements etc

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • Host and participate in job fairs
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Requirements

  • CIPM Certification is compulsory
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a recruitment specialist.
