Job Description
- We need a Sales personnel who will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities of the company.
Duties
- Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
- Attending key meetings with members of the sales team.
- Working on account management plans with relevant team members.
- Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
- Conducting sales analyses for the company
- Monthly reporting on the company’s sales performance and reporting on variances.
Requirements/Skills

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Description
- We need a Human Resource Manager that can work with the management in order to improve the general work experiences of members of staff.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program including writing and placing job ads; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.

Job Description
- We need an Acquisitions and Partnerships personnel who will be responsible for for the solicitation, review, underwriting, market research, and negotiations consistent with the investment management agreements and guidelines.
- The selected candidate will be expected to negotiate, seek out, finalize, and organize purchasing deals for the employer.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be able to:
- Responsible for the sourcing of all new acquisitions.
- Oversee distress sales
- Oversee the administration and clerical processes and procedures for acquisitions.
- Prepare and give written and oral presentations to staff, management, existing and potential clients, and sellers of commercial properties and members of the real estate community.
- Prepare market surveys and questionnaires for various related real estate publications and marketing groups.
- Develop long-term goals with respect to the Acquisition and Partnerships Team and ensure that the team is growing and developing enhanced real estate skills.
- Source and identify new joint venture partners to create relationships that will provide a consistent pipeline of suitable investment opportunities in the future.
- Generate offers for both direct and joint venture investment opportunities and negotiate and execute Letters of Intent with prospective sellers and/or partners.
- Direct legal counsel in the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, partnership agreements and related legal documentation necessary to complete transactions.
- Arrange property financing.

Job Title: Senior Accountant

- We need a Senior Accountant to join our Accounts Department and handle major reporting and reconciliation duties for the company.
- The Senior Accountant will be responsible for heading the finance department and reporting directly to the Managing Director.
- We need a professional with inherent leadership qualities and the attention to detail necessary to ensure accurate reporting in all areas.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Delegate financial responsibilities to accounting team
