Experience/Skills:
- Inventory controls (stock control)

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the general operation of the store
- Meeting and exceeding sales target
- Ordering and ensuring no stock out
- Manage known and unknown loss ; waste management
- Ensuring the smooth running of operations
- Activating store promotions
- Managing the cashier/merchandisers
- Carry out end of day store procedure: reconciliation of accounts and more
Requirements

Job Title: HR/Admin Officer

Responsibilities
- Ensure effective day to day running of the company
- Carry out store administration and ensure compliance of policies and procedures
- Maintain and update staff records
- Manage recruitment/on boarding processes
- Monitor and manage costs and expenses
- Manage company calendar, schedules, deadlines and appointments
- Prepare HR documents; staff hand book, offer letter
