Job Title: Project Engineer-PRJENGR
Responsibilities
• Analyse tender and contractual documents in order to review
scope of work and schedule and to identify project
requirements and constraints.
• Support in the preparation of the Project Execution Plan and
the project Organization Charts.
• Prepare bid cost estimate of project management,
construction and services, including staff, manpower

Qualification and Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Project
Management.
• A Bachelors degree in Engineering.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite. 

Job Title: Package Engineer (PKG01)
Responsibilities:
• Perform technical tasks assigned by the Package Lead.
• Support discipline Lead in the activity with Project functions including Procurement and Construction.
• Define equipment and process requirements, prepare technical tabulations of bids from Vendors, check documentations as per project requirements and participate in package integration.
• Follow all Project interfaces, supervise in/out information flow and control technical activities performed by sub-contractors and vendors.
• Analyze work/project schedule to check that for the given package tasks, duration and sequence (inquiry preparation, PO placement, fabrication schedule, transportation) are realistic and meet construction milestone.

Required Professional Skills:
• Knowledge of basic and detailed criteria for system design and good background in chemical processes and mechanical design.
• Must have the ability to plan Discipline engineering activities and documentation deliverables in order to meet Project schedule milestones considering design workflows and engineering interfaces with all other Project Disciplines and functions.             .

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and related field
• More than 5 years experience in Oil and Gas industry - Offshore Platform Design and Engineering
• Experience in Offshore Facility / Basic Engineering
• Working knowledge in Offshore platform equipment's/ packages such as Pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers (shell and tube, spiral, plate etc.), separators, etc
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Title: Risers and Mooring Engineer (RISMENG)
Responsibilities
• Review Client technical documentation and requirements.
• Control subcontracted discipline engineering documents.
• Review the Client technical documents during the bid phase.
• Prepare the design basis/CTR x riser design and interface
with the relative process and structures.

Qualification and Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience undertaking the detailed
design of pipelines and risers and umbilical systems.
• Minimum of first Degree or equivalent in relevant
Engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of at least one of the following software: Abaqus,
Orca flex, Flexcon-3D ANSYS

Job title: Offshore Structural Lead (OFFSRTC-L)
Responsibilities
• Lead the Offshore Structure Engineering activities in
accordance with Project requirements within the assigned
budget, time schedule and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all Project interfaces and supervise
in/out information flow.
• Maintain and develop technical skills, expertise, knowledge,
procedures and tools as required for proposals and project
execution.
• Analyse the complete scope of work and clearly identifies
objectives of the discipline and internal/external interfaces.
• Analyse the technical documents (specifications, calculation
notes, drawings, etc.) in order to assess the scope of the
studies required and the potential risks.

Qualification and Experience
• Good working knowledge and proficient in AutoCAD or
equivalent software as well as detailed Knowledge of tools
related to 2D and 3D modeling activities.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Marine and
Offshore Structure drafting (Structural & Pipelines) in
Offshore Oil & Gas/Marine industry.
• A Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural or Mechanical
Engineering is mandatory.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite


Job Title: Offshore Structural Engineer (OFFSRTC)
Responsibilities
• Design, execute or check the typical Structural studies including:
• 3D modeling with Tekla (or equivalent)
• 3D model reviews with other disciplines
• Design drawings for primary, secondary and
• Extraction of bill of materials and other weight
information from the 3D CAD model.
• Write the execution and quality control procedure for the 3D
modeling and fabrication drawings in accordance with the
project specifications.
• Organize the work of his team and follow-up the planning of
the resources mobilization.
• Co-ordinate the work of his team with the structural
engineers of the project.

Qualification and Experience

• Good working knowledge and proficient in AutoCAD or
equivalent software as well as detailed Knowledge of tools
related to 2D and 3D modeling activities.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Marine and
Offshore Structure drafting (Structural & Pipelines) in
Offshore Oil & Gas/Marine industry.
• A Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural or Mechanical
Engineering is mandatory.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Title: Draftsman-Offshore Structures (OFFDFTS)
Responsibilities:
• Perform 20 drafting tasks and simple 3D modeling tasks assigned by the Offshore Structural Project Specialist Lead, Engineers and Designers.
• Interface with other Draftsmen and report on a continuous basis to Offshore Structural Project Specialist Lead,
Engineers and Designers.
• Carry simple 3D modeling tasks with Tekla (or other similar 3D CAD tools, as requested).
• Carry out design drawings for primary, secondary and tertiary structures.
• Prepare bill of materials or material take off for requisitions.

Required Professional Skills:
• Detailed understanding of offshore structures like Jacket, Deck, Module and other miscellaneous structures.
• Knowledge of Discipline engineering design criteria, methods and workflows from conceptual phase up to site engineering phase.
• Ability to perform and coordinate Project engineering documents production activities, check review and design documents, prepared either internally or by Vendors.

Qualification and Experience:
• Good working knowledge and proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent software as well as detailed Knowledge of tools related to 2D and 3D modeling activities.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Marine and Offshore Structure drafting (Structural & Pipelines) in Offshore Oil & Gas/Marine industry.
• A Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural or Mechanical Engineering is Mandatory.

Job Title: CAD 3D Administrator (CAD3D)
Responsibilities:              
• Assist project Team in Evaluating cost/schedule impact of Client technical specifications related to CAD 3D Environment.
• Create Project specification for 3D software set up.
• Set up and support 3D Project (all tools for 3D design).
• Prepare and follow up discipline catalogues expediting missing information for components and relevant dimensions.

Required Professional Skills:
• Knowledge of tools related to 20 and 3D modeling activities.
• Ability to analyze engineering documents (e.g. Instruction to Tender and subcontractor documents etc.).
• Knowledge of main international Discipline standards, codes and regulations.
• Ability to analyses dedicated Project requirements in terms of local standards and codes and to identify proper implementation actions.

Qualification and Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Subsea Engineering industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience undertaking 3D modeling
• Minimum - first Degree or equivalent in relevant Engineering discipline
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory

Job Title; Control System Umbilical Engineer (CTRUMB)
Responsibilities:
• Review Client technical documentation and requirements.
• Control subcontracted engineering documents belonging to the subsea control and umbilical discipline.
• Perform the engineering activities related to assigned scope of work within the project.
• Ensure the timely availability of project documents and the implementation of the comments received by the Client and by other project disciplines.

Required Professional Skills:

• Ability to perform electrical system calculation and studies (power demand, load flow, short circuit, transient stability, motor starting, harmonics, power cables sizing, grounding, illumination levels) applying technical design software tools.
• Must be able to define the functional philosophies for electrical system automatic control (power management, synchronization, load shedding, reacceleration and restarting).
• Knowledge of electrical monitoring and control systems architecture and relevant hardware devices and communication protocols.

Qualification and Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience undertaking the detailed design of pipelines and risers and umbilical systems.
• Minimum of first Degree or equivalent in relevant Engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of at least one of the following software: Abaqus, Orca flex, Flexcon-3D ANSYS

Job Title: Commissioning Manager (COMMGR)
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the management of commissioning and start up preparation of home office activities, coordinating with all project disciplines as needed.
• Review contractual documentation.
• Identify the project requirements and constraints and participates in Risk and Opportunity sessions.
• Take part in project planning and scheduling.

Required Professional Skills:
• Checking calibration of installed instruments and test of instrumentation and electric systems.
• Arrangement of facilities for civil, industrial and process buildings.
• Tests of mechanical and pneumatic control systems.
• Execution of operations necessary for units’ start-up.
• Execution of test run activities and preparation of hand marked as-built drawings, for the specific activities.

Qualification and Experience:
• A University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation or Process Engineering.
• A Minimum of 8 years Experience in Offshore Facility Commissioning.
• Knowledge of commissioning software( ICAPS) is mandatory
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Title: Commissioning Engineer (COMENG)
Responsibilities:
• Perform technical tasks assigned by Project Commissioning Leader; preparation of the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up activities.
• Interface with engineering disciplines, licensors, vendors and subcontractors.
• Prepare the commissioning requirements related to HSE or review the same with the HSE department as well as address safety aspects in all procedures and documents regarding commissioning.

Required Professional Skills:
• Conformity checking, Mechanical and chemical cleaning.
• Flushing and blowing of piping and equipment, Flushing of lubrication, seal and control circuits of machinery after inspection and completion of internal assembly of equipment.
• Checking calibration of installed instruments.
• Test of instrumentation and electric systems.
• Safety devices testing as well as mechanical and pneumatic control systems test.
 
Qualification and Experience:

• A University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation or Process Engineering
• A Minimum of 4 years Experience in Offshore Facilities Commissioning
• Knowledge of commissioning software (ICAPS) is mandatory.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Title: Welding Engineer (WLDENG)
Responsibilities:
• Assist and support the Welding Coordinator and/or project teams on all welding matters.
• Prepares and issue preliminary Welding Documents for assigned project or bids.
• Review clients' specifications and scopes of work, examine pipe metallurgy and prepare detailed Welding procedures to achieve maximum productivity in accordance with required quality levels.
• Coordinate and schedule personnel and systems for the qualification of welding procedures and welders.
•Review subcontractors tender documents and technical qualifications.

Required Professional Skills:
• Knowledge of main international Discipline standards, codes and regulations.
• Ability to analyze dedicated Project requirements in terms of local standards and codes and to identify proper implementation actions.
• Knowledge of the metallurgical properties of the main metallic materials and impact on their physical, mechanical and corrosion resistance properties.
• Knowledge of main welding processes (GMAW, SAW, FCAW, GTAW, Plasma, others) typically required by projects and related techniques.

Qualification and Experience:
• A University Degree in Materials or Mechanical Engineering.
• A Minimum of 4 years Experience in Welding Engineering activities.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Title: System Engineer O&M (SEOM)
Responsibilities:
• Supports Project Technical Manager in the definition of engineering systems in finding integrated and competitive solutions and a shared challenging approach to tender documents.
• Ensure that proper communication is set up among the various disciplines involved in a defined engineering system so as to have an integrated, competitive solutions and a shared challenging approach to contractual requirements.
• Ensure the carrying out of the engineering activities in the defined engineering system or for the procurement of materials and construction services.
• Ensure the preparation of construction document in the defined engineering system or facility giving the correct priority and sequences, in accordance with defined plans and consistent with the construction schedule.

Required Professional Skills:
• Knowledge of engineering of Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Systems.
• Ability to plan Discipline engineering activities and documentation deliverables in order to meet Project schedule milestones considering design workflows and engineering interfaces with all other Project Disciplines and functions.
• Ability to manage all the interdisciplinary reviews needed to define and optimize the concerned engineering system.
• Familiarity with the engineering of Mechanical Equipments, Machinery and Packages and the main impact on other
disciplines in the following activities:
                Design development.
                Procurement Cycle.
                Vendor data availability.
• Knowledge of Fabrication and Installation techniques.

Qualification and Experience:
• Have specific experience in conversion and/or new built floater design, involving mainly oil and gas upstream.
• Have a specific knowledge of the fabrication, T and I requirements and other design ancillaries such as turret and mooring, related to project engineering execution.
• A strong background and Industry Practice, in Mooring/ Installation/SURF and integration during facility design.
• A University degree in Engineering with at least 5 years working experience in Designs.
