Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review designs created by product designers; ask any necessary clarifying questions before starting on work

Requirements and Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Create thoughtful and appropriate solutions to design challenges of all sizes by translating research insights into beautiful and engaging user interfaces which satisfy user needs, business requirements and technical constraints.

Requirements
  • A proven track record of user interface design, across a number of products that have been used by different demographics
  • Experience with prototyping and taking a product from the idea stage through to launch and beyond.
  • Ability to take the product’s mission, user research and analytics data and translate into clear, simple UIs.
  • Strong knowledge of current UX best practices, including user research and accessibility across mobile and web
  • Experience with front-end development, including HTML, CSS and Javascript is a must.
  • Proficient in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.
  • You have a portfolio of visually consistent and relevant mobile design work that you’re proud to share with us.

  • The Lead, Sales & Partnerships is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and partners of the Company.
  • He or She is expected to drive sales from all Corporate Accounts (across all verticals) and Mobile Network Operators (MNO) in Nigeria and other regions of Africa where the Company operates.
  • He or She is also expected to achieve set financial target from all accounts managed.
Responsibilities New Business Development:
  • Identify potential clients and the decision makers across all verticals within corporate sectors including FMCG, Financial Services, OEM, Media & Entertainment, Government, Aviation, Transportation, Telecommunications etc.
  • Build, maintain and leveraging available network of contacts to generate new leads.
  • Convert new leads to clients by identifying business needs, managing accounts, cold calling, prospecting, developing a thorough needs analysis and closing targeted opportunities in line with goals set.
  • Have a full understanding of the Company’s products and services and generate demand by presenting them to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.

  • Provide timely and accurate periodic reports including; revenue reports, sales pipeline, activity reports etc weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually to executive management.
  • Carryout business development training and mentoring to subordinates and other internal staff.
  • Ensure internal collaboration and communication with other functional teams to meet customer needs and operational efficiency within the Company.
  • Perform other assigned duties as delegated by management from time to time.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in sales, marketing or account management within the mobile Value Added Service (VAS), Telecommunication or ICT industry
  • Completed NYSC
